Apple’s Standard EULA

Vara is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.

Vara is not medical care

Vara helps you keep up with eye exercises at home. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and it does not replace your eye doctor or therapist. Follow their advice over anything in the app.

Stop practising and contact a clinician if you get pain, double vision that doesn’t settle, headaches, or any sudden change in your sight. If it’s an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Who can use Vara

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Subscriptions

Vara needs a subscription, bought through the App Store. The price, length, and any free trial are shown before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged.

Manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Vara account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Using Vara fairly

Don’t copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app or its content, get around the subscription, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

The app, its lessons, audio, and images belong to Drawdown Brands or its licensors.

No guarantees

Vara is provided as is. We don’t promise any particular result, or that the app will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Drawdown Brands is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Vara. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending and changes

You can stop using Vara and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Our Privacy Policy explains what that removes.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use Vara means you accept it.
